After graduating from the University of San Francisco with a bachelor's degree in psychology, Janice moved to Marin County in 1973.  She is a licensed real estate agent and has been associated with Alva Falla and Associates since 1985.  Janice is a marketing specialist and buyer's agent.

Jennifer, a licensed real estate agent, has been part of Alva Falla and Associates since 1995.  She has lived in Marin County since 1972.  She attended Marin Catholic High School and also has a bachelor's degree from the University of San Francisco in Business Administration.

 

 

As a Buyer's agent, Jennifer actively previews property and shows homes to prospective buyers.  She belongs to various networking groups and is up to date on inventory throughout all of Marin County.

 

As an escrow coordinator, she will expertly handle your important escrow transaction.  She monitors the progress of your escrow, making sure all time elements are met.  She acts as a liaison with the selling or listing agent, title and lender, keeping you informed every step of the way.
